Some of you may have already seen this news on Facebook, Twitter, or on Tony Redmond’s blog. For those who haven’t, it’s time for me to share what we’ve been working hard on for the last several months.
Tony, Michael Van Horenbeeck and I are co-authoring a new ebook called Office 365 for Exchange Professionals.
In writing this ebook together we are aiming to provide Exchange professionals like yourself with up to date information about Office 365, so that you can begin to transition your existing Exchange Server skills to the cloud. The ebook is also being reviewed by our technical editor Jeff Guillet, as well as a number of other MVPs and members of the Exchange product group at Microsoft.
Thanks to their help we are confident that this ebook will deliver high quality, useful information to those of you that read it.
One of the biggest challenges in writing anything about Office 365 is how quickly the information can go out of date, With such a fast rate of innovation in the cloud a traditional book publishing process simply would not work.
So we’re focusing our efforts on producing an ebook that can be regularly and easily updated as the Office 365 service evolves. You can read more about this approach we’re taking here.
We plan to have the ebook available in early May. Until then things might be a little quiet on Exchange Server Pro as I focus on finishing my contributions to the ebook.
In the meantime, we’d love to hear from you about any specific topics or challenges you’d like to see covered. We’re already covering a lot of information, but it always helps to find out those extra little things that people like you are facing in your day to day work.
